Conditions:

Cathine, known as D-norpseudoephedrine, is a psychoactive drug of amphetamine class, found naturally in Catha edulis (khat). It is a norepinephrine and dopamine releasing agent, and has thermogenic and anorectic effect. In the United States, cathine is classified as a Schedule IV controlled substance. Cathine hydrochloride is used as an appetite suppressant during the first few weeks of dieting to help establish new eating habits.
Pazufloxacin is a fused tricyclic quinolone derivative that has a broad spectrum of anti-bacterial activity. Pazufloxacin inhibits bot DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV and has shown in vitro activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Hafnia, Citrobacter, Proteus, Providencia, Serratia, Shigella, Salmonella, Aeromonas and Yersinia. The drug is used for the treatment of infectious diseases such as abdominal infections, genital infections, urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, etc.
Pridinol mesilate is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that is used in the symptomatic treatment of muscle spasm. It is also used as the hydrochloride salt for its antimuscarinic activity in the management of parkinsonism.

Bufetolol is a β-adrenergic blocking agent. Bufetolol hydrochloride (a derivative of Bufetolol) is reported as an ingredient of Adobiol in Japan. It is used for the treatment of hypertension and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Zankiren (A-72517) is a peptidomimetic renin inhibitor with high potency and specificity. The drug was shown to reduce blood pressure in healthy volunteers after oral administration. In another clinical trial, zankiren exerted a renal vasodilator action. Despite positive results from initial clinical trials, further development of zankiren was discontinued.
Pranlukast is an antagonist of cysteinyl leukotriene receptor-1 antagonist. It is marketed in Japan by Ono Pharmaceuticals under trademark ONON for the treatment of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis as capsules and dry syrup for pediatric use.
