Indium sulfate (In2(SO4)3) is a grayish-white powder. It is hydroscopic and has a monoclinic crystal structure. Indium sulfate is being marketed as the newest miracle dietary supplement and is falsely advertised as a dietary aid as an enhancer of food and mineral absorption, an anti-aging supplement, a blood pressure lowering supplement. There is no scientific support for claims that indium has beneficial effects. Indium sulfate can cause the accumulation of indium in the kidney, oxidative damage, pathological changes and dysfunction in the kidney of rats.

Conditions:
Indium is a rare, soft silvery-white metal. It is used in some manufacturing process, butt here is no known biological role for indium in the human body.
Although there are claims that indium increases hormone production, stimulates immune system function, and increases energy, there is no reliable scientific evidence to support such claims.
In vitro, indium-III salts appears to have cytotoxic activity against melanoma. Indium cation (Indium-III), when complexed with 8-hydroxyquinoline (oxine), has been employed as a radioactive platelet label for thrombus imaging in animals and man. The short half-life (2.8 d) and high yield of gamma photons of 111In make it ideal for in vitro counting and external imaging. Indium In 111 ProstaScint (Capromab Pendetide) is indicated as a diagnostic imaging agent in newly-diagnosed patients with biopsy-proven prostate cancer, thought to be clinically-localized after standard diagnostic evaluation (eg chest x-ray, bone scan, CT scan, or MRI), who are at high-risk for pelvic lymph node metastases. It is not indicated for patients who are not at high risk. Indium In 111 ProstaScint is also indicated as a diagnostic imaging agent in post-prostatectomy patients with a rising PSA and a negative or equivocal standard metastatic evaluation in whom there is a high clinical suspicion of occult metastatic disease.

Ammonium hexafluorosilicate is a white crystalline solid. Corrodes aluminum. Used as a disinfectant, in etching glass, metal casting, and electroplating. Ammonium hexafluorosilicate is useful for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity, since ammonium hexafluorosilicate induced calcium phosphate precipitation from the saliva; therefore, it has a continuous effect on dentin tubules occlusion under a simulated oral environment. Ammonium hexafluorosilicate has been applied to arrest caries without discoloration. The major use of sodium hexafluorosilicate and fluorosilicic acid is as fluoridation agents for drinking water. Sodium hexafluorosilicate has also been used for caries control as part of asilicophosphate cement, an acidic gel in combination with monocalcium phosphate monohydrate, and a two-solution fluoride mouth rinse. Both chemicals are also used as a chemical intermediate (raw material) for aluminum trifluoride, cryolite (Na3AlF6), silicon tetrafluoride, and other fluorosilicates and have found applications in commercial laundry. Other applications for sodium hexafluorosilicate include its use in enamels/enamel frits for china and porcelain, in opalescent glass, metallurgy (aluminum and beryllium), glue, ore flotation, leather and wood preservatives, and in insecticides and rodenticides. It has been used in the manufacture of pure silicon, as a gelling agent in the production of molded latex foam, and as afluorinating agent in organic synthesis to convert organodichlorophosphorus compounds to the corresponding organodifluorophosphorus compound. In veterinary practice, external applicationof sodium hexafluorosilicate combats lice and mosquitoes on cattle, sheep, swine, and poultry, and oral administration combats roundworms and possibly whipworms in swine and prevents dental caries in rats. Apparently, all pesticidal products had their registrations cancelled or they were discontinued by the early 1990s

Apatinib is an orally bioavailable, small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 and used for the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has progressed or relapsed after chemotherapy. To date, second-line ramucirumab and third-line Apatinib are the only anti-angiogenic approaches that have significantly improved the survival of patients with metastatic gastric cancer. Apatinib exhibited potent, highly-selective inhibition of VEGFR-2, c-kit, c-src, and RET tyrosine kinases. The efficacy of Apatinib monotherapy in patients with metastatic gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer for whom at least two prior chemotherapy regimens had failed was demonstrated in randomized open-label or double-blind phase II trials and a pivotal placebo-controlled phase III trial, all of which were conducted in China. Further clinical experience and long-term pharmacovigilance are required to definitively establish the efficacy and safety profile of Apatinib, including its use in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents.

Nemonoxacin is a non-fluorinated quinolone antibiotic in clinical development in an oral and intravenous formulation. It exhibits potent antibacterial activities against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and atypical pathogens, especially methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. The molecule inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis by forming a ternary complex with a DNA molecule and gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, thus blocking bacterial DNA supercoiling. Nemonoxacin is developed by TaiGen Biotechnology Company and has reached worldwide approval in 2014 and is marketed under the name Taigexyn®.

Aminoethoxyvinylglycine (Aviglycine, AVG) is a plant regulator used on
apples, pears, and ornamentals. In apples, it may delay fruit maturity, leading to
benefits such as a reduction in pre-harvest fruit drop and improved fruit quality. In
pears, AVG may help maintain fruit firmness. For specific ornamentals (miniature
carnations, hibiscus, and rooted geranium cuttings and seedlings), AVG may
reduce problems, such as flower senescence and flower bud abscission, that occur
during shipping. AVG to be used as a spray solution, applied to apples or pears as a
single application 28 days prior to the anticipated beginning of the normal harvest
period, and to specified ornamentals 24-to -48 hours prior to boxing/shipping.

Cetiedil is effective potassium channel blocker used as a peripheral vasodilator to treat patients with painful crises in sickle cell anemia and pain in the extremities caused by an arterial disease. Known pharmacological properties of the drug include vascular smooth muscle relaxation, inhibition of phosphodiesterase with the consequent increase in circulating cyclic AMP concentration, blockade of the effect of bradykinin and serotonin, analgesia, inhibition of platelet aggregation and the decrease of plasma and blood viscosity and plasma fibrinogen level. The antisickling effect of cetiedil is explained mainly in the light of the changes it induces in the activities of membrane-bound ATPases and the permeability properties of the erythrocyte membrane to cations and anions.
