Lorpiprazole (brand name Normarex) is a marketed anxiolytic drug of the phenylpiperazine group. It has been described as a serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor (SARI) in the same group as trazodone, nefazodone, and etoperidone.

Cis-isomer of loxanast (IG-10) or 1-methyl-4-isohexylcyclohexane carboxylic acid has been reported as an inhibitor of delayed hypersensitivity reaction in animal models. It inhibited macrophage chemotaxis.

Enprofylline is a xanthine derivative that shares theophylline's bronchodilator properties. It can be considered a relatively selective, though not potent adenosine A2B receptors antagonist. Enprofylline is used in asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and in the management of cerebrovascular insufficiency, sickle cell disease, and diabetic neuropathy. Long-term enprofylline administration may be associated with the elevation in liver enzyme levels and unpredictable blood levels.

Bedoradrine (also known as KUR-1246 or MN-221), an ultra selective beta 2-adrenoceptor agonist, that participated in phase II clinical trials as an adjunct to standard therapy in the management of patients with acute exacerbation of asthma who did not respond to standard therapy. In addition, the drug was involved in trials for the treatment of preterm labor in obstetrical practice. Bedoradrine is also was studied in phase I of clinical trials for its use for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, however, the efficacy for this disease was uncertain.

Tolpentamide is a first-generation cyclopentyl-containing sulfonylurea with the hypoglycemic activity. It has never been marketed.

Burodiline is ester of alkoxybenzoic acid with spasmolytic, local anesthetic, and hypotensive properties

Etosalamide (O-(2-ethoxyethoxy)benzamid) is salicylamide derivative, that undervent metabolic transformation to O-carbamoylphenoxyaceticacid in human body. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been evaluated.

Xenygloxal was studied as an antiviral agent that has never been marketed.
