DODICIN (Tego-51), one of the amphoteric surfactants based on the dodecyl-di( aminoethyl)-glycine, has been considered as an effctive disinfectant having a broad specturn of antimicrobial activity. Tego-51 disinfectant was effective for the disinfection of commonly isolated bacteria and yeast from hospital. It may be recommended that Tego-51 should be used at concentration greater than 0.1% for the effective disinfection of skin, instruments and hospital floors.

Domiodol is an iodinated organic compound. Domiodol had a marked cilio-excitatory effect, but did not affect experimental asthma in guinea-pigs or the respiratory resistance of anesthetized dogs. In a placebo-controlled crossover study, domiodol significantly increased the volume of secretions in chronic bronchitis subjects. This was deemed beneficial because patients were able to most easily cough up the mucus. Mucolytic treatment may be helpful in the post-operative treatment of laryngectomized patients with permanent tracheostomy. In addition, domiodol proved effective in reducing the symptoms of infection of the lower respiratory tract and in improving the consistency of mucus in children.

Clebopride is a dopamine antagonist drug. It is used to treat functional gastrointestinal disorder such as nausea or vomiting. Unchanged parent drug was the most abundant compound in human urine. Major metabolites included the hydroxylation at benzyl group to yield carbinolamine and its further N-dealkylation product, and the piperidine ring hydroxylation/oxidation metabolite (a lactam).

Butonate is a veterinary anti-parasitic drug, which was approved by FDA, but lately voluntarily withdrawn.
Tiemonium (often used in a form of iodide or methylsulphate salt) is a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist, which is available in Asia (mainly Bangladesh) for the alleviation of muscle spasms of the intestine, biliary system, uterus and urinary bladder in gastrointestinal, biliary, urinary and gynecological diseases.
Clobetasone is a corticosteroid used in dermatology, for treating such skin inflammation as seen in eczema, psoriasis and other forms of dermatitis, and ophthalmology. Topical clobetasone butyrate has shown minimal suppression of the Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. It is available as clobetasone butyrate under the brand names Eumosone or Eumovate both manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. Trimovate also contains Oxytetracycline, an antibiotic, and nystatin, an antifungal. Clobetasone butyrate is classed as a moderately potent topical corticosteroid. Clobetasone butyrate relieves the symptoms of a flare-up by reducing inflammation, itching and redness. It is not a cure for the condition, but it will help to relieve the symptoms. Although less potent topical steriods are often preferred for use in children, a short course of clobetasone butyrate may be prescribed for a child with severe eczema on the arms or legs. Short courses of clobetasone butyrate may also be prescribed for the treatment of psoriasis for areas such as the face, or the inside of elbows and behind the knees. In ophthalmology, clobetasone butyrate 0.1% eye drops have been shown to be safe and effective in the treatment of dry eyes in Sjögren's Syndrome.

Cyclofenil is a anti-estrogen drug developed for the treatment of female infertility and for induction of ovulation. Cyclofenil exerts its action by binding to estrogen receptor beta and demonstrates agonism or antagonism depending on tissues type. The drug was withdrawn from the market due to high risk of hepatotoxicity.
Lasofoxifene is an active component of Fablyn. Fablyn is used for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Lasofoxifene is a nonsteroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator. Lasofoxifene has no effect on CYP2E1- or CYP2D6-mediated drug metabolism and should not affect drugs metabolized by other cytochrome P450 isoenzymes. Common adverse reactions considered to be related to Fablyn therapy were muscle spasms, hot flush and vaginal discharge. Lasofoxifene approved in the EU in 2009 is now withdrawn from use in the European Union.
