Ditolamide is uricosuric drugs developed for the control of hyperuricemia in patients with gout.

Biriperone (also known as Centbutindole) was developed as an antipsychotic drug. It has shown effective antipsychotic activity in schizophrenic patients. Biriperone acts as a dopamine antagonist, and also as a blocker of 5HT(2) receptor. Clinically the drug has passed through phase I, II & III clinical trials successfully, however, the use of this drug was banned.

Etofenprox is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide compound used in agricultural production. Etofenprox acts on the nervous system of insects by disrupting their neuron sodium channels. Etofenprox is a contact-kill adulticide used to control a wide variety of insects including weevils, beetles, aphids, moths, whiteflies, thrips, borers, fleas and mosquitoes. Etofenprox is well tolerated by mammals, including cats, and is environmentally friendly.

Nitrazepate is the diazepam derivative. Nitrazepate is tranquiliser.

Doxybetasol is the corticosteroid. It is an impurity of Betamethasone, which is a glucocorticoid used as an anti-inflammatory agent. Doxybetasol also has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.

Tibenelast is an orally active phosphodiesterase inhibitor that was undergoing phase II clinical trials in the USA as a bronchodilator. In preclinical studies Tibenelast is moderately active against the lung and stomach enzyme while being a very weak inhibitor of the heart enzyme and it does not inhibit enzymes involved in arachidonic acid metabolism. Tibenelast shows potent anti-anaphylactic activity in guinea pigs without cardiovascular effects at the bronchodilatory doses.

Cloxypendyl is an antipsychotic drug, invented in the 1960s by the Deutsche Gold und Silber-Scheideanstalt vormals Roessler. The compound was 3.5 times more effective than chlorpromazine in the mouse catalepsy test. No clinical and commercial development was reported.
