METHYLENETETRAHYDROFOLIC ACID, L-(+), an endogenous biomodulator that was developed under the brand name modufolin or arfolitixorin by the Isofol Medical. Arfolitixorin is developed to increase the efficacy of standard of care chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer. This drug is currently being studied in a global phase 3 clinical trial. Besides, the drug successfully completed phase II as rescue therapy for osteosarcoma. 21 May 2019 Isofol Medical has received clinical patent protection for the arfolitixorinin USA. It relates to a method of increasing blood concentration of deoxyuridine, a blood biomarker for inhibition of tumor growth in human cancer treatment.

AV608, a 4-aminopiperidine derivative, is a selective, specific, long-acting, orally active and potent nonpeptidic antagonist of the NK-1 receptor. AV-608 had been in phase II clinical trials for the treatment of social phobia and overactive bladder (OAB). This compound was originally discovered by Novartis, and then licensed to Areva Pharmaceuticals in October 2003. Addition this drug was in phase I clinical trial for the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), this disease is characterized by chronic abdominal pain and frequent comorbid anxiety. The substance P ⁄ neurokinin-1 receptor system is implicated in the regulation of both pain and anxiety, suggesting a potential therapeutic target in IBS. However, the researches on this drug candidate were discontinued in 2010.

EC17 (also known as Folate-FITC) is conjugate consisting of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated with folate with potential antineoplastic activity. EC17 binds to folate receptors, which are overexpressed on the surfaces of many cancer cells including kidney and ovarian cancer cells. Once bound to the cancer cell through the folate moiety of the conjugate, circulating anti-fluorescein antibodies recognize and bind to the FITC moiety, resulting in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. EC17 is participating in phase II clinical trials for the treatment of patients with endometrial cancer, endometriosis, lung cancer, renal cell carcinoma. In January 2018, On Target Laboratories initiated a phase III trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of EC17 injection for patients with ovarian cancer.

Iodohippuric acid I-125 (I-I25 Hippuran) is radioisotope that was used as a renogram probe in nefhrography in 1960s-1970s. It is an analog of I-131 labeled I(131) hippuran which has been recognized as the radiopharmaceutical standard for the measurement of effective renal plasma flow in subjects with renal failure but which use has been compromised by the suboptimal imaging characteristics of the 364-keV photon of 131I and the delivery of relatively high radiation doses to kidneys and thyroid in patients with impaired renal function. It was shown that radiation risk was rendered to a minimum with the use of the "cocktail" of 169U-EDTA and 125I-hippuran.

Losulazine (U-54,669F) is an antihypertensive agent acting by a sympatholytic mechanism. It appears to alter peripheral sympathetic neurogenic function but apparently does not enter the central nervous system. Losulazine effectively lowered the blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Bitopertin is a Glycine transporter type 1 inhibitor which was developed by Hoffmann-La Roche for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. The drug was shown to be potent in vitro, however it failed to meet primary endpoints in phase III. Bitopertin was also tested for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, but the development stopped in phase II.
