L-Norpseudoephedrine is a psychostimulant drug of amphetamine family, first isolated from an Ephedra species. It is one of the two enantiomers of norpseudoephedrine, less potent that D-Norpseudoephedrine. L-Norpseudoephedrine is a norepinephrine and dopamine releasing agent, and has thermogenic and anorectic effect.
5-(2-Aminopropyl)indole (5-API, 5-IT, PAL-571) is a psychoactive phenethylamine derivative with empathogenic effects used for recreational purposes. 5-(2-Aminopropyl)indole, originally synthesized as a stimulant in the 1960s now joins the list of psychoactive substances and may to be one of the newest MDMA replacements. 5-(2-Aminopropyl)indole acts as a triple monoamine releasing agent and also as selective MAO-A inhibitor.

Creatinine is a product of metabolism of creatine phosphate, a molecule that serves as a rapidly mobilizable reserve of a brain and skeletal muscle. Creatinine is excreted by kidneys with little or no reabsorption. Serum creatinine is the most commonly used indicator of renal function.
Bupropion, an antidepressant of the aminoketone class and a non-nicotine aid to smoking cessation, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Compared to classical tricyclic antidepressants, Bupropion is a relatively weak inhibitor of the neuronal uptake of norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine. In addition, Bupropion does not inhibit monoamine oxidase. Bupropion produces dose-related central nervous system (CNS) stimulant effects in animals, as evidenced by increased locomotor activity, increased rates of responding in various schedule-controlled operant behavior tasks, and, at high doses, induction of mild stereotyped behavior. Bupropion is marketed as Wellbutrin, Zyban, and generics. Bupropion is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD). WELLBUTRIN, WELLBUTRIN SR, and WELLBUTRIN XL are not approved for smoking cessation treatment, but bupropion under the name ZYBAN is approved for this use.
