Framycetin is a component of neomycin that is produced by Streptomyces fradiae. Framycetin is used for the treatment of bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis. Framycetin is an antibiotic. It is not active against fungi, viruses and most kinds of anaerobic bacteria. Framycetin works by binding to the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit, causing misreading of t-RNA, leaving the bacterium unable to synthesize proteins vital to its growth. Framycetin is useful primarily in infections involving aerobic bacteria bacteria. Framycetin binds to specific 30S-subunit proteins and 16S rRNA, four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and a single amino acid of protein S12. This interferes with decoding site in the vicinity of nucleotide 1400 in 16S rRNA of 30S subunit. This region interacts with the wobble base in the anticodon of tRNA. This leads to interference with the initiation complex, misreading of mRNA so incorrect amino acids are inserted into the polypeptide leading to nonfunctional or toxic peptides and the breakup of polysomes into nonfunctional monosomes. Framycetin is a component of SOFRACORT (Framycetin sulphate - Gramicidin-dexamethasone), indicated for the treatment of blepharitis and infected eczema of the eyelid; allergic, infective and rosacea conjunctivitis; rosacea keratitis; scleritis and episcleritis; iridocyclitis, and other inflammatory conditions of the anterior segment of the eye, as well as otitis externa (acute and chronic) and other inflammatory and sebhorrheic conditions of the external ear.

Propiverine is a well established antimuscarinic agent. It’s indicated in adults for the symptomatic treatment of urinary incontinence and/or increased urinary frequency and urgency in patients with overactive bladder syndrome or neurogenic detrusor overactivity (detrusor hyperreflexia) from spinal cord injuries, e.g. transverse legion paraplegia. As well as blocking muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle, the drug also inhibits cellular calcium influx, thereby diminishing muscle spasm. Overdose with the muscarinic receptor antagonist propiverine hydrochloride can potentially result in central anticholinergic effects, e.g. restlessness, dizziness, vertigo, disorders in speech and vision and muscular weakness. Moreover, severe dryness of mucosa, tachycardia and urinary retention may occur.

Zalospirone is a selective partial agonist of 5HT1A receptor developed by Wyeth. It was investigated in clinical trials in major depression. Although the highest dose of the drug seemed to have significant antidepressant efficacy, it was not well tolerated and by the 6th week more than half of patients in the high-dose group has dropped out.

Imidapril (Tanatril), through its active metabolite imidaprilat, acts as an ACE inhibitor to suppress the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II and thereby reduce total peripheral resistance and systemic blood pressure (BP). In clinical trials, oral imidapril was an effective antihypertensive agent in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension. Some evidence suggests that imidapril also improves exercise capacity in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and reduces urinary albumin excretion rate in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Imidapril was well tolerated, with a lower incidence of dry cough than enalapril or benazepril, and is a first choice ACE inhibitor for the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.

Acodazole is a synthetic imidazoquinoline with antimicrobial and antineoplastic activity. Acodazole intercalates into DNA, resulting in disruption of DNA replication. Use of this agent has been associated with significant cardiotoxicity, especially prolonged cardiac output interval (Q-Ti) on electrocardiogram and polymorphic ventricular tachycardia ("torsades des pointes").

Delapril is a lipophilic nonsulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which has been shown to exert potent ACE inhibitory activity and is marketed as an antihypertensive drug. Delapril has been shown to exist in solution as a mixture of s-cis and s-trans conformational isomers, as a result of restricted rotation about the amide bond.
Tosufloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. Tosufloxacin is an inhibitor of bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. Tosufloxacin is indicated for the treatment of various infections such as skin, respiratory, urinary, gynecologic, ophthalmologic, otolaryngologic, dental infections. Fluoroquinolones including tosufloxacin have a potential risk of inducing cartilage and joint toxicity in children. It is also associated with severe thrombocytopenia and nephritis, and hepatotoxicity.

Obidoxime is an antidote for organophosphorous nerve agent poisoning including chlorosarin, cyclosarin (GF), R-33 (VR), R-VX, sarin (GB), tabun (GA), VX, chlorosoman, soman (GD), and organophosphorous pesticides. It acts as an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) reactivator. In combination with atropine obidoxime can be used to treat super toxic organophosphate poisoning by relieving the symptoms of skeletal neuromuscular blocking that occurs during a cholinergic crisis.

Oxabolone is a synthetic anabolic steroid. It can be formulated as the cipionate ester prodrug oxabolone cipionate. Oxabolone cypionate is a structural derivative of nandrolone. It differs via the additional 4-hydroxyl group that is attached, therefore making oxabolone cypionate 4-hydroxynandrolone. Oxabolone is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's list of prohibited substances, and is therefore banned from use in most major sports. Oxabolone cypionate is a relatively rare drug that was once produced in Europe for human use. Was used for the treatment of osteoporosis. It is no longer produced by pharmaceutical companies; Upjohn and Pharmacia were the primary producers of it previously.
