Creatinine is a product of metabolism of creatine phosphate, a molecule that serves as a rapidly mobilizable reserve of a brain and skeletal muscle. Creatinine is excreted by kidneys with little or no reabsorption. Serum creatinine is the most commonly used indicator of renal function.

Capric acid (decanoic acid) is a medium-chain fatty acid found in saturated fats (cow butter, and plant oils like coconut oil). Capric acid is a major constituent of the MCT ketogenic diet, providing about 40% of the medium chain fat within the diet. The acid is discussed to have positive effect on seizure control through direct AMPA receptor inhibition and on mitochondrial diseases through the binding to PPARgamma. It readily crosses the blood-brain barrier, probably by a combination of diffusion and saturable carrier-mediated transport via a medium-chain fatty acid transporter.

Oxabolone is a synthetic anabolic steroid. It can be formulated as the cipionate ester prodrug oxabolone cipionate. Oxabolone cypionate is a structural derivative of nandrolone. It differs via the additional 4-hydroxyl group that is attached, therefore making oxabolone cypionate 4-hydroxynandrolone. Oxabolone is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's list of prohibited substances, and is therefore banned from use in most major sports. Oxabolone cypionate is a relatively rare drug that was once produced in Europe for human use. Was used for the treatment of osteoporosis. It is no longer produced by pharmaceutical companies; Upjohn and Pharmacia were the primary producers of it previously.

Nandrolone cyclohexylpropionate (a derivative of Nandrolone, which is approved by FDA) is an anabolic steroid. Nandrolone cyclohexylpropionate is reported as an ingredient of Sanabolicum in Austria. Sanabolicum is a rarely found version of the anabolic androgenic steroid nandrolone, with a CycloHexylPropionate ester. This modification makes nandrolone more anabolic (muscle building) and less androgenic. Nandrolone cyclohexylpropionate is an androgen receptor agonist.

Bromperidol decanoate is a long-acting antipsychotic medication used in at least Belgium, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. In clinical trials, Bromperidol decanoate was effective in the treatment of residual schizophrenia, with significant differences between before and after treatment ratings for symptoms. The preparation seems to be less potent than other depot antipsychotics (such as fluphenazine and haloperidol decanoate) and better than placebo injection. If bromperidol decanoate is available to the clinician it may be a viable choice, especially when there are reasons not to use fluphenazine or haloperidol decanoate.
