Roxifiban (also known as DMP754), a potent antiplatelet agent in inhibiting platelet aggregation, and has a high specificity and affinity for human platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa complex (GPIIb/IIIa) receptors. Roxifiban participated in clinical trials phase III for the treatment of peripheral arterial disorders. This drug was also well tolerated in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris and was studied in the treatment of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, and thrombosis. However, the development of this drug appears to have been discontinued.

Gluceptate sodium also known as sodium glucoheptonate (H-Quest A300) is a non-toxic, a non-hazardous chelating agent, which forms stable complexes with di- and trivalent metal ions such as Ca2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Al3+, etc. This substance is highly compatible with strong alkaline mediums and can prevent the bacterial degradation of the solution. Gluceptate sodium has various applications in water treatment, agricultural, cosmetics, textile processing and in some others fields.

Tazadolene was developed as a novel non-opioid analgesic with antidepressant properties. Experiments on rodents have revealed that unique analgesia properties of tazadolene was due to the ability of this compound to activate both serotonergic and alpha 2 adrenergic antinociceptive systems. Information about the current use of this drug is not available.
