Zinc iodide, Iodic acid (HIO3) zinc salt, is a chemical compound of zinc and iodine, ZnI2. It is an oxidative, white crystal or crystalline powder with molecular mass of 415.18534 g/mol. It is generally used as oxidant, analytical reagent and also used to manufacture electrical elements.

Conditions:

Benazepril Related Compound A, it is an Impurity. Benazepril is a prodrug which is metabolized by the liver into its active form benazeprilat via cleavage of the drug's ester group. Benazepril and Benazeprilat inhibit angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) in human subjects and animals. Benazeprilat has much greater ACE inhibitory activity than does Benazepril. It is indicated for the treatment of hypertension.

Protopine is the isoquinoline alkaloid found primarily in the plant families Berberidaceae, Ranunculaceae, Rutaceae, Fumariaceae. It has diverse biological activities, such as anti-thrombotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic activity, antimicrobial activity, as well as hepatoprotective effects in animal models. The biological activities of protopine are associated with its ability selectively inhibits K(ATP) channels by targeting on SUR1 subunit. In addition, was discovered that β2 -adrenoceptor (β2 -AR) is a target for antiasthma activities of protopine. On this target, binding of the drug occurs on the amino acid residual of Ser 169 through the formation of hydrogen bonds and receptor‐drug bumps.

Narwedine, (±)- is an immediate precursor to the therapeutically valuable alkaloid (-)-galanthamine. Galantamine is a competitive and reversible cholinesterase inhibitor used for the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease and various other memory impairments. Narwedine pronounced antinarcotic action, facilitates the transmission of nervous excitation in n- and mcholinergic synapses. Stimulates respiration and possessed a brief hypotensive effect.
