Targets:
Danazol is a synthetic derivative of ethisterone which is approved by FDA for the treatment of endometriosis, fibrocystic breast disease and for preventing hereditary angioedema. It is believed that the in vivo therapeutic effect is achieved through activating androgen receptors. Danazol has teratogenic effects.

Clostebol is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid, a derivative of the natural hormone testosterone. Clostebol is a Schedule III controlled substance used medically in topical ophthalmologic and dermatologic treatments. Due to potential use as a performance-enhancing drug, clostebol is banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency.

Metribolone, also known as methyltrienolone, an anabolic agent, binds to the androgen receptor and was studied for the treatment of advanced breast cancer. However, because of the liver toxicity, further development of this drug was discontinued. Now, this compound is used for research purpose as synthetic androgen.

Norclostebol is an anabolic steroid. It is on the WADA list of prohibited substances.

Conditions:
Mibolerone is a synthetic anabolic steroid. It binds both androgen and progesterone receptors and exerts both androgenic and progestagenic actions.
Mibolerone (CHEQUE® Drops) was used in veterinary for estrous (heat) prevention in adult female dogs not intended primarily for breeding purposes. No prescription preparation, human or veterinary, is currently known to contain mibolerone worldwide.

Norbolethone is a 19-nor anabolic steroid first synthesized in 1966. During the 1960s it was administered to humans in efficacy studies concerned with short stature and underweight conditions. It has never been reported by doping control laboratories prior to 2001. Norbolethone matches the description for what is described as a "designer steroid. " In fact, Norbolethone was given in clinical trials over 30 years ago and never given the green light. No supply was ever manufactured, and no test was ever developed to detect this substance, yet ironically, it was suspected of being used in the 2000 Olympics based on blood and urine assays done by the IOC. Norbolethone was used in the treatment of idiopathic underweight, prevention of indomethacin-induced intestinal ulcers.
