Hydromadinone is a steroidal progestin that has never been marketed.

Anisperimus [LF 150195] is a deoxyspergualin analogue under development by Fournier Pharma (formerly Groupe Fournier) for the potential treatment of autoimmune disorders and transplant rejection. Anisperimus is a more potent, and less toxic analogue of 15-deoxyspergualin, an antibiotic used as an immunosuppressive agent to prevent rejection of organ transplants. Anisperimus enhances activation-induced T-cell death by facilitating caspase-8 and caspase-10 activation at the DISC level. Phase I clinical studies were being conducted by Fournier in France for Transplant rejection and Phase II clinical studies for Autoimmune disorders in Europe. However development of anisperimus has been discontinued.

Antazonite (R 6438) is an anthelmintic agent. When given orally to chickens in a dose of 160 mg/Kg body weight, all Ascaridia sp., all Hetevakis sp., and about 30% Capillaria sp. are expelled within 48 hr. It is supposed that the anthelmintic activity of Antazonite is due to its major metabolite, R 8141. R 6438 is active as an anthelmintic in poultry, but not in rats. Its metabolite, R 8141, is active in both species.

Anilopam is an opioid analgesic of the benzazepine class. It is an opioid receptor agonist.

Supidimide is a benzisothiazol derivative patented by Chemie Gruenenthal G.m.b.H. as a sedative and hypnotic agent. Supidimide acts as serotonin release inhibitor and decreases of 5-HT release into the synaptic cleft in preclinical studies. In clinical trials, Supidimide substantially relieved sleep disturbances in schizophrenic inpatients. Besides that Supidimide administration associated with a decrease in "somatic concern", items related to agitation, "irritability" and "manifest psychosis", and a slight increase in "retardation".

Oxyridazine was developed as a neuroleptic agent. However, information about the further development of this drug is not available.

Acequinoline (CB 4985) is an analgesic, antiinflammatory agent. It is also antirheumatic, antigout (antimalarial).
