Sample Use Guides

In Vivo Use Guide
Administration via drinking water at 25 mg/l over 48 h, or at 75 mg/l given for 8h per day for 2 consecutive days (turkeys and chickens). Treatment corresponds to a dose of approximately 7 mg/kg bw/day. In dogs: the recommended minimum dose is 0.5 ml/kg bodyweight (bw), equivalent to 0.45 mg emodepside/kg bw and 9 mg toltrazuril/kg bw.
Route of Administration: Oral
In Vitro Use Guide
Anticoccidial drugs were evaluated for activity and for the development of resistance in a model of Toxoplasma gondii growing in human fibroblast cultures. 50% inhibitory concentration, in micrograms per milliliter for toltrazuril = 0.4.
