Sample Use Guides

CS-758 exhibited potent activity against yeasts (MIC range, ≤0.008 to 1 μg/ml). Although the CS-758 MICs were high (4 to >16 μg/ml) for highly resistant C. albicans strains, CS-758 exhibited potent activity against other strains with an MIC range of 0.016 to 0.5 μg/ml. CS-758 exhibited potent activity against Aspergillus spp., with an MIC range of ≤0.016 to 0.12 μg/ml.
