Ferric picolinate (50-500 umol/l) inhibited Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms. As iron (Ferric picolinate) concentration increased, Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm increased from 0 to 50 umol/l, when the trend reversed and the biofilms of P. aeruginosa PA14 were powerfully disrupted, with IC50 80 umol/l.
