In Vitro Use Guide
Antimicrobial activity of Fluoroquinolonic acid was evaluated in vitro in two Gram positive bacteria S. aureus MTCC - 96, S. pyogenes MTCC - 443 and two Gram negative bacteria E. coli MTCC - 442, P. aeruginosa MTCC - 441 and fungi C. albicans MTCC - 227, A. niger MTCC - 282 and A. clavatus MTCC - 1323 organisms by broth dilution method. DMSO was used as a diluent which not effected the growth of microbes. MIC Fluoroquinolonic acid for Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria were 100 mkg/ml, for fungi 500-1000 mkg/ml
