Isolated lymphocytes were cultured in RPMI-1640 media supplemented with 10% FBS in the presence of MnSe-TGA (or MnSe-TGA-BSA) systems and maintained for 10 h at 37 °C in 5% CO2 in an incubator. Before treatment with MnSe-TGA (or MnSe-TGA-BSA), the lymphocytes were grown without FBS for 2 h. Imaging of different specimens was carried out independently under a fluorescence microscope
