Description

N,N-Diethylethylenediamine is used in the oxidative amidation of hydrogen phosphonate diesters in the synthesis of oligonucleotides. N,N-diethylethylenediamine was used to develop melanin targeted PET and single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging agents for melanoma.
