Filgotinib (GLPG0634) is a highly selective JAK1 inhibitor. GLPG0634 is a promising drug candidate for the future treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Most common adverse events observed were infections, gastrointestinal disorders and nervous system disorders.
