Ethacizine (ethacyzine) is a class Ic antiarrhythmic agent, related to moracizine. It is used in Russia and some other Commonwealth of Independent States countries for the treatment of severe and/or refractory ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias, especially those accompanied by organic heart disease. It is also indicated as a treatment of refractory tachycardia associated with Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome.

Gitoformate (or pentaformylgitoxin), a kidney independent glycoside, was used in patients with atrial fibrillation and in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Information, that this drug is used now is not available.
Indoxacarb is a new oxadiazine insecticide discovered and developed by DuPont. The indoxacarb racemate contains two enantiomers (S : R), designated DPX-KN128 and DPX-KN127, but only the S enantiomer has insecticidal activity. It inhibits insect neuronal voltage-dependent sodium channels. Indoxacarb is an active component of Merck Activyl® used in the treatment of flea and tick in dogs and cats. DuPont™ Steward® WG is a water dispersible granule stomach and contact insecticide powered by Indoxacarb for control of various insect pests on a variety of crops.

Diphenpyramide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compound, that has been studied in degenerative and inflammatory arthropathies treatment. In animal tests, Diphenpyramide showed anti-inflammatory action as powerful as that of indomethacin or phenylbutazone, with major peripheral analgesic, antipyretic and uricosuric properties. The therapeutic index was more favorable than that of the reference compounds. Diphenpyramide inhibits the synthesis of inflammatory prostaglandins and antagonizes the mediators of inflammation, but does not affect platelet aggregation or blood clotting. The anti-inflammatory action of diphenpyramide has been extensively proven in clinical trials in which patients with various inflammatory conditions, mainly of a musculoskeletal nature, were treated. The overall therapeutic efficacy was over 80% with a high proportion of osteoarthritis. In double-blind studies, the efficacy of Diphenpyramide was significantly better than that of acetylsalicylic acid or indomethacin in osteoarthritis and comparable with that of naproxen. Side-effects were seldom reported, were mild and transient and mainly of a gastrointestinal nature.

Teflubenzuron is an insecticide which inhibits the biochemical synthesis of chitin. It controls all immature stages of the insects; the youngest larvae are the most susceptible and less teflubenzuron needs to be applied to control young larvae than older ones. The insecticidal activity of teflubenzuron results primarily from the ingestion of treated foliage; contact activity is less significant. The compound is also ovicidal by topical application. Teflubenzuron is used to control a wide range of insect pests and mites in fruit, vegetable, cereal and seed crops. It is also occasionally used to control sealice infestations in salmon.
Niaprazine is a potent and selective antagonist of 5-HT2A and alpha-1 adrenergic receptors. It was used for the treatment of sleep disturbances in children and was investigated for the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and autistic disorder.

Tetramisole is a racemic mixture of levamisole and its enantiomer dexamisole, which is a specific inhibitor of tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP). This drug is used in veterinary to treat of ascariasis and other worm infections e.g hook-"ms. And also is used as an immunostimulant (in that case it is used for longer periods of time).
